Cycling objectives

For understanding what cycle is behind our cycling, go here.

In our first cycle our objectives we focused on gathering resources to get going. "Live to do, do to live, learn to give". That took the form of

  • finding which open source software worked for us for our purposes as in(ter)dependents, and for some of our friends and colleagues. We tried many, and still have a small backlog of untransferred site content to use more preferable software.
  • setting-up and building experience with administering a stable server
  • starting documentation for ourselves
  • going through our existing marketing knowledge by our own isomorphic patterns
  • making images like blog logoos and backgrounds, and music, of course

In our second half year cycle we set out to "Build workable knowledge". We did so by

  • building a portfolio, and experience with supporting befriended customers
  • adding a spike server for spiking and experimentation
  • starting documentation for our customers
  • scripting site set-ups and automating what we could
  • gathering some more marketing knowledge
  • making more imagic and music

In this third half year cycle, starting August 2007, we intend to focus on "Creating a professional presence"

  • refactor wyrdweb into a well structured and attractive business
  • set up a BV (incorporate)
  • grow the for customers available documentation, both quantitatively as well as qualitatively (using wink and video)
  • build strategic alliances with interdependents using wyrdweb services
  • launch wyrdweb using workable knowledge from marketing resources
  • grow sales
  • work less to earn more, and have more time and energy to enjoy our true passions
  • script imports
