To me open source and wyrdweb is ease, convenience, a very knowledgeable and effective resource --wyrdweb-- if there was anything that I needed for my site, they knew how to do it and to help me get it done or do it--fast. They could explain it to me and get me to understand it and do it. I felt great --confident-- and could do things quickly and my site looked and functioned well. If there was a question or a problem, they were right there helping me understand what was going on or fixing it -- right away.
