Customer support

  • As our customer, you have received or will receive a registration message from Wyrdweb, a Drupal site, so you can participate in Wyrdweb activities if and when you choose to.
  • That registration also works to enter cases in the tracker for your site, like bug reports and module, feature and special content requests.
  • Let us know what additional modules or widgets you want, and we will install those for you to play with. Everything is possible, some things are just more possible than others. Deviant wyrd wishes need to be honored by payment of those spending their time and energy on that.

Paid technical support

  • If not within a package deal, you can also contact us if and when you get stuck. We run the same sites and if we know how to get unstuck from where you are stuck, we will pass found solutions on. If we know how to solve your problem, you only pay for the time it costs us to pass solutions on to you.
  • If we don't know, you can also hire (one of) us to research your problem.
  • Feel free to use whatever channel of communication suits you whenwhere best, as long as done in respectful ways. You can use the chatbox, drop us an email, or call us (one of our phones may actually move within range now and then, close enough to be heard).   • Our paid technical support rates are 90 euro per hour.
